RESERVATION POLICY

	CHECK-IN time is 2:00 PM. CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 AM. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out. All rates are subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Tax. Deposit of $200 is required within 10 days of confirmation to secure reservation. Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Minimum of 4 night stay or service fee will be added. Check out cleaning included, maid service available as additional charge. Special rates available for 8 days stays or longer. Extra charge for extra persons over stated occupancy. All rates and taxes are subject to change.
	CANCELLATION POLICY For a deposit refund, less a $100.00 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
